Facebook

I found out on Facebook

You learn a lot on Facebook

How your friend is getting married

I thought she loved someone else last week

She found a new lover

This one is a keeper though…

I learned my cousin is having a baby

I saw that abortion rates are rising

That democrats are trying to make late term abortions ok

I found out that people use a lot of passive aggression

Facebook makes it easier to tell someone I hate you

Without saying the words…. just use a meme

They never really know you meant it about them…

Or did they

You can also rant about anything you want

And its ok because no one sees your face.

I can tell you how it’s hard to breathe today

How life is suffocating me

You will “like” it and that will save me

No one ever checks on me

They just think liking my post will magically do the trick

People start innocent relationships on Facebook with strangers

They turn into hidden tragedies

You learn how your family feels about you on Facebook

They add you if they like you

But if you don’t behave the way they want

They delete you as a friend

It’s a punishment

It’s a way of saying

You’re not allowed in my world

If they hate you enough, they can block you

That’s the ultimate rejection

I found out you died today.

On Facebook…

One of my friends said, “I’m sorry about your sister.”
